Q: How much do you concrete countertops cost?
A: Although concrete provides more versatility in the designs, the price
is very competitive with other traditional countertop materials. Review

Q: What color of
countertops does
Creative Concrete Xpressions produce?
A: By using internal pigments and external washes and dyes the colors
are limitless.
Q: How long does it take to get a countertop or table
produced?
A: General lead time is about 4 weeks, but a heavier volume of
remodeling in the summer may extend that.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes.
Q: Is the weight an issue?
A: Not normally. Concrete is heavy, but a 1-1/2" thick countertop is
very comparable in weight to granite. We will work with you and your
designer to ensure you receive a product that works for your situation.
Q: Will the concrete countertop stain?
A:
Creative Concrete Xpressions polishes
the finished countertop with a durable sealer. However, should the
sealer be cut through, or otherwise damaged, then it needs to be
understood the sealer will not protect the countertop from moisture that
could leave stains.
Q: When it is stated that concrete is an environmentally friendly
product, how do back up this statement?
A: There is an international system for green building certification
called Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). It was
developed by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2000. LEED provides a
framework for identifying, promoting, and implementing green building
design and construction. LEED Point Qualification - Concrete is an
environmentally friendly product.
Additional factors that can increase concrete’s environmental friendly
nature:
Replace a portion of the cement with post-industrial materials. (Fly
ash, VCAS)
Replace a portion of the aggregate with recycled materials. (Glass,
artifacts)
Purchase materials locally to decrease fuel and other shipping factors
that have an impact on the environment.

A: Concrete backsplashes, bathroom vanity countertops, concrete BBQ
grill counters, fireplace surrounds, kitchen countertops, kitchen
islands, outdoor kitchens, patio bar tops, restaurant bar tops,
reception counters, concrete seating, concrete sinks, table tops,
concrete tub surrounds, window sills, and concrete workstations.
Q: Do you actually custom produce the products in El Paso, TX.
A: Yes. In our 6,000 sq ft
fabrication facility, which allows us to provide concrete
countertops and other concrete products to a wide geographic region
around El Paso, TX.
